01Who we are

Prime Financial US LLC, trading as Prime Financial, is an independent insurance agency registered in United States at 1910 Pacific Ave, Ste 16500, Dallas, TX 75201. We are not an insurance carrier. We are compensated by the issuing carrier when a policy is placed, which means the premium you are quoted is the carrier's own — we do not add a markup.

02This site is not an offer of insurance

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, a binder, or a guarantee of coverage. Coverage exists only once an application has been underwritten, approved, issued and paid for. Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and are subject to underwriting.

03Illustrations and figures

Any figures, charts or examples shown on this site are hypothetical and for illustration only. They do not represent the past performance of any specific product and are not a guarantee of future results. Caps, participation rates, policy charges and cost of insurance vary by carrier, change over time, and reduce cash value.

Indexed Universal Life is a life insurance product, not an investment, security or bank deposit. It is not FDIC insured and does not directly participate in any stock or equity index.

04Accuracy of what you tell us

Quotes depend on the accuracy of the information you give us. Material misstatements on an insurance application — particularly about health or tobacco use — can result in a claim being reduced or denied by the carrier.

05Availability

Licensed in 49 states — not available in New York. Product availability, underwriting classes and issue ages vary by state.

We aim to keep this site available and accurate but do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

06No tax or legal advice

Prime Financial does not provide tax or legal advice. Statements about the tax treatment of policy loans, death benefits or cash value are general and depend on your circumstances and on the policy staying in force. Consult a qualified professional.

07SMS messaging program

These terms govern the Application-to-Person (A2P) text messaging program operated by Prime Financial US LLC. You must be 18 or older to use it.

You opt in by submitting a quote form on this website with your phone number and actively ticking a consent box, which is unchecked by default. Ticking it is optional and is not a condition of requesting a quote or of purchasing anything. We do not send text messages to anyone who has not ticked a box.

The forms carry two separate consent boxes, and they are independent. The first covers service messages about your own request. The second covers marketing messages and is collected separately — marketing consent is never combined with the service opt-in, and ticking one box neither ticks nor implies the other. You may tick either, both or neither.

Under the first consent, messages may include responses to a quote request you submitted, appointment and callback coordination, appointment confirmations and reminders, application and underwriting status updates and customer support follow-ups. Under the second consent, and only under it, messages may include coverage options you have not enquired about, rate updates and promotional offers from Prime Financial.

The program is never used to market on behalf of another business, and we do not message numbers that were not collected through this website. Every message identifies us and carries opt-out instructions.

Message frequency may vary. You may receive several messages depending on your request, your appointment activity and your engagement with us. Marketing messages, if you have opted in to them separately, are occasional.

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. We do not charge for text messages, but your carrier may charge message or data fees.

Reply STOP to any message at any time to cancel; you may receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. You may also withdraw either consent on its own by contacting us — stopping marketing messages does not stop service messages about your own request, and vice versa. We will not sell, rent or share your phone number or SMS consent data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. How that data is handled and protected is set out in our Privacy Policy at https://www.primefinancialus.com/privacy

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on transmission by your carrier and network operator and is outside our control.

08Privacy and your data

How Prime Financial US LLC collects, uses, stores, protects and shares the information you submit through this website — including your phone number and your SMS consent — is set out in full in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms and should be read alongside them.

09Acceptable use of this website

Use this website only for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, do not use it in a way that could damage or overburden it, and do not submit false, misleading or unauthorized information through our forms — including a phone number that is not yours.

10Intellectual property

The text, images, logos, graphics and design of this website are owned by Prime Financial US LLC or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Carrier names and logos are the property of those carriers and are shown to identify the companies we are appointed with.

11Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prime Financial US LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of this website, its forms or its communications.

12Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, where Prime Financial US LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

13Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
